GUARANTEE: You are guaranteed that we will send the number of visitors to the URL you specify in your order within the time-frame you choose upon receipt of your full payment.
TRAFFIC: We cannot deliver targeted traffic at these low prices. We do guarantee that your site will be visited by the amount of traffic you order! Each visitor will be 24 hour unique. Free counters and other 3rd party statistics are not an acceptable method of counting hits to your URL. To obtain the most accurate results, refer to your RAW server logs.
TRAFFIC: We do guarantee you the number of visitors you order! You are also guaranteed that your URL will load in a way that is visible to the visitors.
POPUPS: Absolutely no pop-ups are allowed on your landing page at anytime.
If a pop-up is found on your landing page, your campaign can be cancelled immediately.
A pop-up is any of the following:
1) A JavaScript prompts.
2) A window that loads with your website.
3) A windows that loads when your site is
exited.
4) Automatic download boxes/prompts.
5) Anything else that loads automatically in a secondary window/console.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We (TrafficWeb.org) reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, company or URL at our discretion.
TRAFFICWEB POLICIES: If your traffic campaign is found to be violating any TrafficWeb.org TERMS OF USE policy, it
can be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any refund or remedy.
Please refer to our FAQ for campaign guidelines.
REFUNDS: Your traffic is secured in real time and cannot be reversed. It is possible to cancel your traffic campaign
and pro-rate your refund. However, you MUST contact us by e-mail AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you require your campaign to be terminated.
In the event that you should contact us regarding early termination and
pro-rating a refund to you, we cannot be held liable for traffic
distributed during the time it takes to respond to your email.
LIMITATIONS: IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAFFICWEB.org (OR IT'S OWNERS, PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. TRAFFICWEB.org's LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF FORM, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEE PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.
NOTE: TrafficWeb.org cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include (but are not limited to), downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth allowance, errors on your site and network (OR INTERNET) outages beyond our servers and control.
